These are the new series of speakers from Parker Audio!
The Trolls, Cyclops, and Crusaders! These speakers were unveiled in
prototype form at the 2005 Decfest. The speakers received much praise at
this
years
show. These speakers spent years in the design stages. Only recently did a
suitable woofer become available through our design team that would mate
seamlessly with the ultra refined drive units that effortlessly recreate the
lower midrange and refined top end performance! The Trolls utilize the same
proven drive units as the now famous Parker Audio 95MKII. These speakers
absolutely disappear into the soundstage! The Trolls are the best option
for rooms of smaller size.
The Cyclops are a new design utilizing the same highly
acclaimed cast frame
driver as the
Parker 98 series of speakers. The difference is a
concentrically mounted high efficiency customized tweeter!! This design
provides seamless point source imaging!! These speakers do a disappearing
act better than most small bookshelves! The Cyclops series of speakers are
where the powered bass units come into play!! This feature lets the user
"dial" the bass in to their room, or to fill in recordings that lack the
last bit of punch. This feature lets the user have as much, or as little
bass as they prefer it.
The Crusaders also have the same features, being able to
dial the bass in sea
mlessly!
The Aluminum woofer utilized in these systems produce fast, crisp, clean,
tight bass! The Crusader steps things up by utilizing Parker Audio's pure
aluminum ribbon tweeter. The tweeter is flanked by the Parker 5.25" drive
units. The full range drivers and tweeter are in their own sealed
enclosure, enabling them to produce clean effortless midrange!! These
speakers garnered very high praise at the 2005 Decfest! The powerful bass,
mesmerizing mids and airy top end make this speaker a real winner!!
The bass amp module allows these new floorstanders to be

via a remote control. The user can change the crossover frequency and the
gain of the bass units directly from the listening position. There is no
question how well the bass integrates with the speakers. In a

Parker Audio is now offering the POWER CHORD. This power
cord is made with
tinned,
stranded 12 ga copper wire. It utilizes a Teflon dielectric and a full
braided shield. Most definitely an upgrade from the stock cords that come
with most equipment. This cord allows a very quiet background, improved
bass performance and image stabilization. The cords are 6 feet in length
and will go for $39.99
One of the latest offerings from parker audio is the
Catapult Subwoofer. This design utilizes an
8"
driver in a downfiring configuration. This is designed to be mated
with an outboard amplifier of your choice. This sub also has a home in
our reference rig here at Parker Audio. This sub produces tight,
crisp, clean, effortless bass down into the 30Hz range. This sub is a
perfect compliment to any speaker system that wants to dig down deep,
and keep the accuracy, tone and pitch definition of the bass frequencies.
